Registration for any offered FCSA courses is through the Australian Sailing 'Revolutionise Sport' platform.
For new sailors who have never participated or registered for sailing through the FCSA before, it is a 2-step process: you (or your young new sailor) first needs to become a 'Course Participant - FCSA' member, which is provided at zero cost membership fee. This process assigns an 'Australian Sailing Number' to you or your child, and provides every participant with a personal injury insurance through Australian Sailing. Note down your AS# as you will need it when interacting with any sailing club affiliated with Australian Sailing, and/or to participate in sailing regattas and racing. Note the registered person is insured - if you are signing up your child to a course please register with their name and birthdate, and your own email and contact numbers to stay in touch with us.
Step 1 - Please register as a new member of the FCSA. If you already have an Australian Sailing number from a previous club affiliation or course, you can find it through the 'Find it here' link on the registration page, using your (or your child's) name and birthdate. Note once the participant is a member of FCSA you will not need to do this again for subsequent courses.
Step 2 - You can now register for the event. Please note that we accept bank transfers ond Paypal only at this time and your reservation is only confirmed once the payment is received - participation in our classes is strictly limited to provide each participant with ample opportunity to practice the new skills on our available boats. Also, (and a direct result of experience), we will now allow oversubscription on the registration link through RevSport to safeguard disruption of operations by people who have no intention of participating and cancel at last moment.
